KZChess operates as a digital chess analysis tool for players who want a fast and practical way to review games, understand mistakes, and study positions directly in the browser without relying on heavy desktop software.

Chess engines produce raw evaluations, but most players need something clearer than numbers alone. The challenge was to build a system that translates engine output into understandable move review, accuracy signals, and actionable study feedback while keeping performance fast inside the browser.

We built KZChess as a browser-based chess analysis platform powered by Stockfish, with support for PGN and FEN input, move-by-move review, evaluation tracking, classification logic, and player accuracy scoring. The system combines engine analysis with Lichess-style public logic and AI-assisted interpretation to make chess review more useful and accessible.
