Mandoosy operates as a delivery platform in Oman, connecting customers with independent drivers for on-demand logistics services. The business relies on matching demand with available drivers while enabling flexible pricing through quotations.

Traditional delivery systems rely on fixed pricing models, limiting flexibility for both customers and drivers. The challenge was to build a system that allows dynamic pricing through driver quotations while maintaining efficiency, trust, and transaction control.

We built Mandoosy as a logistics marketplace where customers submit delivery requests and drivers respond with quotations. The system manages request distribution, quotation flows, and transaction handling, creating a flexible and scalable delivery model.
